Metadata tagging

we use drupal to annotate the OGV, MP4, OGG, MP3 or JPG files as well as EasyTag (AAC, note that only AAC works for the mp4 files)
following fields will be used:
COMPULSARY:
EasyTag field TITLE: title of the project the clip belongs to
EasyTag field ARTIST: name(s) of author(s)
EasyTag field ALBUM: use for KEYWORDS: free tagging
EasyTag field YEAR: for YEAR, when in drupal you can be more specific DATE: day / month / year
EasyTag field COMMENT: description of the media asset (video / sound / picture)
EasyTag field COMPOSER: used for LOCATION - GPS data, get it from http://www.ukmsf.org/GMaps/FindMe.htm or http://www.ghostcycle.org.uk
OPTIONAL:
EasyTag field GENRE: user for GOOD for EDIT: check the box if the clip is considered to be good for editing by the original artist

is it possible to do the logging & metadata editing of the clips within cinelerra/lumiera? can the files also be embedded?

following metadata needs to be tagged to clips:
- author(s) --artist
- title of the project --title
- keywords --copyright
- short description --license
- location: GPS data --location
- date --date
- good for edit, yes or no --nice n
- original source (rough material)
ogg offers the following metadata
Metadata options:
--artist
Name of artist (director).
--title
Title.
--date Date.
--location
Location.
--organization
Name of organization (studio).
--copyright
Copyright.
--license
License.
Other options:
--nice n
Set niceness to n.
-h, --help
Output a help message.
